Not As Bendy As I Used To Be

June 4th, 2009

I’ve always thought that I was pretty flexible, but the older I get, the more I notice I’m not as bendy as I used to be. For example, I used to be that guy who could sit and put his foot behind his head.  Now it takes me forever to just sit and relax my muscles and joints long enough to reach forward and touch my ankles. It’s actually very embarrassing when I think about it.  In light of this dilemma, my wife suggested that we take Tai Chi Classes in order to get our flexibility back.  Our first class is tomorrow.
