Nutrisystem Menu Item: Hearty Beef Stew

We THINK that we’ve found a winner, after all what can be better on a cold night than a nice bowl of beef stew right? We liked this offering from nutrisystem and it’s one of the few that we’ve really had a chance to try. It lacks a bit of flavor but it’s not all that terrible compared to their other options really.

Total calories per serving: 180 calories

Total fat per serving: 4 grams per serving

Total saturated fat per serving: 2 grams per serving

Total sodium per serving: 650mg per serving

Total protein per serving: 18 grams per serving
