Rapid fat burning, along with the ability to Lose Weight Fast, are not only possible, but highly likely if you follow this strategy- start your day with belly breathing/thrusting. Drink 1/2 gallon of water every day with raw lemon juice in it. Go swimming or walking. Sign up for a Yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi class & go faithfully every day.
