Reading About How To Build Muscles Quick

I just read a really great article that highlighted how it is possible to learn how to build muscles quick.  It started out by saying that in order to learn how to build muscles quick you have to take some time to map out your fitness-training plan.  Done it.  Now they also say you should have 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and 1 gram of carbs per pound of body weight daily.  Goodness, that seems like a lot, but they should know.  Resistance training is a huge part of how to build muscles quick and that pushing your muscles is the means for building your muscles.  By continuously increasing your weight and not limiting the number of repetitions and exhausting the muscle you will build muscles quicker than with more traditional weight training.  Who knew? They say if you learn how to build muscles quick you will start getting results in about a week or two.  I’ll let you know how it goes next week.
