Really Feel the Contraction

When its time train your biceps, think about the approach you have been using.  If you have had limited success then you may need to rethink the way you are doing things in your program.  First look at the exercises you are using.  If you dont have the barbell curl first in your workout, then you need to put it there.  You stimulate more of the bicep muscle with this exercise than any other.   Another important aspect of bicep training is really feeling the muscle contraction.  This will cause you to have some unique workouts.  So use a little less weight and really squeeze the muscle at the top of the movement.
