Reduce stress and sleep better with an exercise workout

After a long day at work I sometimes find it difficult to relax and unwind. The stress and mental work often sends my mind racing. Stress is definitely not good for your health and fitness so I try and do some exercise to keep my body in shape. I also find that an exercise workout helps me to sleep better at night. The great thing about exercise is that it also increases my energy levels. Even if I am tried I find a fresh spurt of energy after a good run. If you are finding that you are sluggish, your body and health is deteriorating and you are not sleeping as well as you should be try exercising. A little discipline can really help you feel better.
