Spinal Chord Surgery

Following the trend of the various kinds of surgical procedures that are being used today, minimally invasive techniques are also becoming popular in Spinal Chord Surgery. These techniques use methods such as using small incisions in the spine, retracting the muscle as little as possible, causing less than normal damage to the tissue and targeting the treatment to the exact spot where the pathological problem has occurred. People are becoming quite attracted to these methods because of the lower risks associated and shorter healing process.
