Stretches for Lower Back Pain Relief

There are a number of different stretches for lower back pain that can be done and most of them can easily be done at home. It is important for you to make sure that you do the stretching exercises regularly in order to see results that stick with you for the long term. One of my favorites is done before you ever get out of bed in the morning. Simply tuck your knee up into your chin and stretch your lower back in this way. This helps you to get ready for the day’s activity and to do so without injuring your back getting out of bed.
