Supplements are just that – an addition to your daily diet. Who needs them? Oh, just about every human on the face of the earth. The food supply has become highly processed and deficient in many nutrients. The daily stress of "living" puts a tremendous strain on the body. Add exercise to this equation and you’re talking about a tremendous amount of nutrient "re-fueling" needed by your body just to maintain the status quo.
