Taking control first … with Alpha Lipoic Acid

One of the important parts of my life is to be able to stay healthy. I am a stay at home mother. Being able to take care of my family I need to be able to take care of myself first. That is why taking a daily vitamin is so important to me. I have also recently been told by my doctor to start taking alpha lipoic acid solgar to help me with my borderline diabetes. I have found since I have started taking this I am feeling better. My blood sugar is more under control than I ever imagined that it would be. I think that in combination with my change in diet I will be able to beat this disease before it beats me.
