I have been trying to quit smoking for a really long time. None of the methods worked for me. It got rather annoying. I tried and tired but with no success. I was very disappointed. But then I found some new technology that will help with the smoking problem. I found out about the Njoy Cigarette. They are electronic and cause no harm to the user. They give off nicotine but none of the other nasty chemicals. I think it is a good alternative. I am glad that I bought it because I do not smoke real cigarettes anymore. Thank God!
