To learn hypnosis you need a good teacher

July 10th, 2009

I know this sound obvious, and not worth saying, but in order to really learn hypnosis you have got to have a trainer who knows what they are talking about, someone who can gain your trust quickly, and a person who is able to explain his craft in a clear, precise way. I say this because hypnosis is a strange art. It’s not a matter of following a sequence of techniques. It is not even a question of lulling people into a trance. Hypnosis is a craft that lodges suggestions into the deepest places of a patient’s sub conscience. To reach that place you have to know a lot about how people think and what makes them aware and responsive. But the other side of this is, that, once you have been taught by a good hypnotists, then you can really help people with hypnotism.
