Trying to learn German as I work…

Ok, I know it is a bit difficult to attempt to learn a language while you are working. However, I have a strategy. I’ll listen to the same lesson all day while I work. This is my strategy.
You see, I have to learn German, because I married a German woman. So I am stuck with the necessity to learn the language. I wonder how you say an abstract word or phrase like “stair lifts“.
Anyway, it is going to take a while to learn the language. So I will keep working at it until I get it. I have little choice.
