Vitamins Affect The Level Of Performance

Vitamins can really affect the level of performance. According to the available reports, the athletes who were deficient in vitamins can not perform well. And so, it is recommended to them that they increase their vitamins intake. In case of athletes, there are chances of muscle damage a lso because of their high intensity work outs. And if that is the case, the supply of B vitamin must be more as compared to that in others. Athletes must really be careful as to what they are eating and if necessary they must also use multivitamin tablets. Vitamin B6, B12 and Folate are required by athletes and if they are defiant in these vitamins then their sports and fitness career will be affected. Even a marginal deficiency of vitamins can lead to underperformance during the muscle repair and so for people who are on the high intensity physical work outs they must check it out whether their bodies are getting enough vitamins or not. And as far as women athletes are concerned they need high vitamin shots so that they can stay healthy otherwise there are chances that they may contract infections and other health troubles in the long run.
