Water: A Practical Weight Loss Program – This is true for a number of reasons. First is, water helps you burn calories. Experts say its possible to lose 5 pounds in a year if you add more glasses of water in your daily water drinking habit. Some of the reasons why this is possible is – water assists in the digestion process. If you drink enough water, you do not get the full benefit of nutrients of the foods. It also assists in the excretion of waste from your bowel to the kidneys. If you do not have enough supply of water, you will get your kidney stressed out from overwork. Also, water regulates body temperature. If you do not drink enough, your skin will dry and you compromise the process of evaporation. Those are just some of the basic facts everybody needs to know about water if they are thinking of getting a practical weight loss program.
