Weight loss is more than just losing weight

When you get on a good exercise program you end up doing more than just losing weight. The motto is burn the fat feed the muscle. The stronger you get the easier it is to burn more calories so you work harder without wearing yourself out. Getting in shape does a lot for your metabolism and this helps you to shed off the pounds faster as well. It’s not enough to diet and just eat right you have to work off all that extra weight and get your body back to pumping blood and many other things that exercise helps you achieve.
