If you have tried nearly every single weight loss program under the sun and you still haven’t had fantastic results, it’s because of a couple of things.

1. Weight loss programs that are based on meal replacements actually ruin your body. You need to reverse this damage before you can move forward with losing weight.

2. Weight loss isn’t about constant exercise and not eating any fat. Fat is an important part of every diet and you need to eat it. Just avoid TOO MUCH fat. Also, don’t exercise constantly, that’s BORING. Do the right kinds of exercises and you will get success.
