What causes liver dysfunction and liver pain

The liver can be called a body detoxifier since it breaks down food, toxins and medication. When it is working correctly it is able to remove all the toxins from the body but you will discover that when it becomes filled with too many toxins and excess fats you will experience liver pain. Liver pain often is as a result of a variety of many factors including but not limited to conditions like a greasy liver, cirrhosis, other acute or chronic liver conditions. But you must be aware that the most common contributor to these conditions is alcoholism, which causes inflammation of the liver.
