What does it take to lose belly fat

Losing belly fat isn’t easy. It takes work, discipline, and a plan. Many of us have the desire to lose the fat, but not all of us have that plan of action we need to make it happen. I’ve come across a very interesting book that does provide the instruction to do the work, and how to structure it for your body type. The program starts off with some basic primer on why we’re over weight, how we should eat, and why fad diets, ab machines, and diet pills won’t do the job in the long run to make us thin. It takes hard work to undo the years of no exercise and bad eating. This book is your map to make it happen. The author explains what to plan for meals, ideas to shop for at the grocery store, and lastly the workouts suggested to build a set of abs in replace of that belly fat.
