What is acai berry diet? It is based on the Brazilian wonder fruit called acai. This looks like dark colored grapes. It also has a seed but it is not used in the supplements that are made. The fruit is quite rich in the anti oxidants, fiber, healthy fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids, etc. Along with this diet supplement you must have a fiber rich balanced diet. Avoid smoking & drinking alcohol, having junk foods, processed items, oily foods, sugary items, etc. You must also have at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Besides, light workouts would really help.
