What’s The Best Strategy For Your Chest Workouts?

There are many different weight lifting strategies out there that accomplish many different goals but what is the best to use for your chest workouts? The majority of weight lifters that target their chest are looking for size and definition. That’s because the chest is suppose to be the biggest muscle in the upper body as it’s the most apparant muscle. So the best strategy to use to accomplish this goal is by using a combination of pyramids and negatives. The negatives will give you the strength needed to gain size and pyramids will give you the definition.
