When was your last checkup?

When was the last time you check the rates on your insurance? And I do not mean your car insurance; when was the last time you got some health insurance quotes? If you are self-employed or have to pay for your own policy, than you owe it to yourself to make sure you are getting a good policy, at a great price. Why overpay for things you do not use? Are your deductibles and copays too high? If so it really is time to research some new insurance. There is no need to pay for items you do not use or are not likely to use!
