Why I’m looking into healthy living

Last month my friend Rudy had a massive heart attack and came very close to dying. This really shook me up because he his only forty one years old. I’m two years older than him and I wanted to protect my health as best as I could. I have been going online looking for ancient secrets for long and healthy life. I have found a lot of good information. One thing that kept coming up was something called Telomerase. Its an enzyme in the body. A lot of research is being done on this and there is a lot of excitement. I want to know more about this enzyme.
