Will smith boyish charms have won hearts of millions. He is flamboyant, has a great sex appeal that mostly comes for his acting skills and of course the great body that he possess. Will smith workout have got bench pressing, dumbbell flyers as well as parallel bar dips etc. Will smith says that supplements are also good to get a fabulous body. He suggests nitric oxide supplements as well as glycerol supplements. He says that these give your body strength, endurance and power too. Now no wonder that such a strict routine can get you a hot body just like him.
