Yoga Helps Joint Pain

After turning 50 I noticed that my body was achy and I did not feel like doing a lot of the things I normally do.  My bone and joint pain seemed to be controlling my life until a friend recommended hot yoga.  I was nervous at first since I didn’t believe that simple stretching would relieve my pain.  I could not have been more wrong!  The first class was tough to get through but I told myself I would try it for seven straight days.  At the end of the week I felt like a new person! I attend classes 3-4 times a week now!
