For those who wanted to join a program called spinning workout, just to give you an idea, this program is really good especially for the heart because this is also designed for the purpose of making your heart stronger. Of course the course will be gradual, you’ll probably start two spinning session a week. During your workout, if you are doing it in the gym, you have to pay attention to the instructions of the gym instructor all the times.
