The Old House, The Pushy Agent, and The High Sales Price (A new blinds review post)

August 22nd, 2010

We owned our new blinds last minute to give the house a rejuvenated look and clean up prior to to making it for sale.

We made plans to market because the market’s been shadowy for the last few years and only recently know back some frozen pricing we probable we could bank on a sale.

The Advertising and marketing agent came around and told us the clean and healthy look had been effective but the front and peripheral look had to strengthen in order to protect premium market the weight come off. She suggested  blinds and curtains plus the contingent of awnings or shutters If it’s possible.

We took her information and brought in the workforce from Apollo Blinds.

Not to deflect the issue we deferred to the supplier tips on what style and design to use in order to suit both the company and the suburb road it was positioned on. In a Nature Listed area it’s important to get this paragraph right. Using out of order  blinds can take on a total different era and buyers can be distracted to the point of dumping from the office
