401K Retirement Plan Advantages

Everyone should plan for their retirement when they are young and doing so with a 401k retirement plan has many advantages. First of all, it is a savings made simple as the money is directly deducted from your pay and the employer will often match it. You are not able to draw out the money until you reach a certain age and the 401k retirement plan is protected by law even if you quit your job. You are then given this benefit and will have the option to roll the money into an IRA or leave it in the 401 retirement plan. If you withdraw this money prior to retirement, though, you will be required to pay taxes on it and loose a good part of it. The 401 retirement plan is tax free; your money will be saved quickly and will provide a great cushion in your retirement years.
