There are so many people who are in need of a blueberry scone recipe. This may sound presposterous but in reality, there are really millions of fanatics for this kind of scone. Scones are very popular in Canada and United Kingdom. Actually, it safe to say that they are popular everywhere. As long as there are coffee shops, you will always find a blueberry scone, if not, a different flavored scone. There are scones that use currants and dates. Others even use cheese and potatoes. Some scones differ on the fruit jam or jelly used. It can be strawberry, cranberries or simply blueberries.
