A well prepared luncheon

My boss wanted me to prepare for a luncheon. There were five department heads that was to attend. To do so did not pose a big problem. I had prepared luncheons many times before. It’s just lunch and I was not going to make a big deal out of it. No one has ever complained so, I just go with what I know. I order two different types of deli sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes. on marble rye and wheat bread. I have chips and a tray of pickles, cheese and olives. I get soda and coffee, no tea. Usually I also get about a dozen of mixed cookies.
