You can actually experience a stroke if you persist in getting mad all the time. If you will not control your anger for the sake of the people around you, at least control it for the sake of your health. I do not want you to commit murder – against yourself!It is inevitable that you will get angry because as long as you have an interaction to other people, you will certainly get miffed. While getting angry is unavoidable, becoming violent because of it is not.
