My Employee Is Sad Right Now

I am currently a business owner and I have some outstanding employees. I would not trade them in for the world and the relationships we have built will go way beyond this business. Anyways, one of my employees who I consider as a good friend, just broke up with her boyfriend and she is really grieving now. I decided to console her for a little bit and even try to look for some help for her. I later found a booklet on how to get your ex back that seems pretty useful and I plan to give it to her shortly.
