Clean and Sanitary Pots And Pans.

I am tired of our warewashing machine. It does not seem to work as good as it used to. We are constantly having to wash dishes several times just to get them clean. My assistant is currently looking into some other options. I have heard that the new machines offer a way to save on energy. I may need to invest into an updated model. My customers at this diner count on having a clean and sanitary environment. I am committed to offering a clean place for people to eat and create memories. This is a family friendly restaurant and we do not want to jeopardize our reputation.
