We Depend On Maintenance Training Videos

Our shop is a busy place and we do not have time to shut down multiple lines while our staff is out learning new skills or getting the latest information on the things that they already are doing. We need a way to have the information accessible to us any time of the day or night and to be able to use it for all three shifts that run here. This is not easy with normal classroom training. We depend on maintenance training videos that can keep us updated and not cause us to lose time or staff to longer courses that may be off site.
