Finally Figured it Out

February 11th, 2010

When I decided to open a auto-body repair shop I thought that I could hire experienced employees and that everything would run along smoothly. I didn’t realize that with the amount of equipment I would be using that I would also need to maintain that equipment. I finally figured out that I needed to provide facilities maintenance training to the guys working in the shop. Not only did they need to know how to properly operate the equipment but also how to troubleshoot it. The program I purchased even covers the proper type of clothing and protective gear to wear while working.
