What’s in a Name Badge

Name Badges are a great way to get customers to remember your staff by name and your company. I know when I make my monthly trip to the grocery store I look for employees with their name badges. The employees that do not have on a name badge, I feel as if it’s unprofessional, and for those that do have on their name badges, I am able to engage in a short conversation, building a rapport and making it personal by using the name that I seen on the badge. Having a name badge is good for business because it provides a sense of security to customers when receiving information from employees.
