Play Poker Often and Increase Stamina – Drink Coffee and Tea

Play poker as often as you can. That’s right, increase your Stamina in Poker through constant involvement with the game. Sure, you’ll burn out, but when you return you’ll be accustomed to boredom at the table and a much more patient player. You can always try drinking coffee or tea to keep yourself alert and at maximum stamina. I suggest only one or two of caffeine beverages, because these can hurt your stamina over long periods of time. Sure, they’re a burst of energy, but that’s not going to work for 5-12 hours. Poker, like anything else, is all about moderation. Moderate your energy and you’ll be successful.
