Allowing Salmat Vecommerce Voice Biometrics Answer Your Phones

I got a call the other day from a service that wanted me to buy into their new service called salmat vecommerce voice biometrics.  We currently use an answering service and has the customer press numerous buttons to eventually get them to a more specific spot.  However, this new kind of system would speed up that process and allow the patient to get the information they need sooner. This is not only good news for them, but it is good news for us.  Our patients and potential customers end up being happier because they spend less time on the phone.  It is a win win situation for us.
