Which is more in tune with Senior Citizens needs?–Dish Network vs Direct TV

With the population getting top heavy in older folks a lot of marketing and innovation of products is being developed for those over 60. Senior citizens needs have to be taken into account in what kind of satellite system is best also. In the world of Dish Network vs Direct TV which one addresses the challenges of the Senior Citizen? Does either have large print in their instruction manuals? Does either have a phone line where you can talk to a real person rather than try to get an answer from a voice tree? Voice trees can be confusing, especially if you are hard of hearing, having trouble using the buttons on the phone due to arthritis, or do not have the right options to choose from.
