The housing market was booming in the Archipegalo until recently, and the Fuerte Government had in place property for the predicted population surge, which kinda never really got going this year. So we have plenty of new properties standing empty, as well as many renters hoping for vacation lets; so now could be THE best opportunity for you to come and stay in Fuerteventura, and costa caleta in particular.

I believe prices are flexible, and certainly are not set in stone, so why not give a property company or an individual a bell, I am positive they would rather rent for less than have their premises standing empty.
