First Crack at Vacation Home Rentals

My mom is a real estate agent, which I absolutely love, because my husband and I are looking for a place of our own to buy. Since mom is an agent, we get to see all of her new houses before anyone else, and even the vacation home rentals that are being sold. We’ve only been looking for two weeks, and we’ve already found two that we really love. As soon as we secure financing, we’ll be submitting an offer for the bigger one. And if we don’t get it, well, then we’ll put an offer for the other one. And even if we don’t get that one either, there are tons of others out there!
