The Best Travel Deals?

How do you find the best travel deals? As you might expect, you can start the search online. There is no one website that has them all, by the way. Plane tickets can be hundreds of dollars more at one site this week, and that same site can be the cheaper one next week. So check several of them.

Once you have found the best deal you can for your plane tickets and/or hotel room, go to Priceline or another site where you can bid for tickets. Put in a bid that is 25% below the best price you found. Sometimes you’ll get it (we have). If not, go right back to the site with the best deal and book those tickets. This routine will get you close to the cheapest prices you can get.
